Saturday nine of us took two cars from Brush Prairie to Ft. Lewis/ McChord and painted two rooms at the Cadence Hospitality House http://www.cadence.org/ministries/hospitality
and did some yard work. We had a great time and got to know some of the soldiers who also came to help out. Cadence does a great job ministrying to our service personel around the world and it was a real priviledge to honour our armed forces family's and help Cadence at the same time. At lunch time one of the soldiers gave a wonderful testimony of how God had changed his life and what a blessing Mark Kohl and Cadence Hospitality House had been to him and his family. Mark had baptised Alfonso in the near by American Lake.
Thanks to everyone who went along and blessings on Cadence as they continue to minister to our troops and their families on a international basis.
