40 Days of prayer

Lasagna and toast, green salad, and some white cake with lemon frosting. The food is always good at the Men of Service Wednesday night gatherings in the Church Cafe. I'm already looking forward to next Wednesday night with pizza and root beer floats. We eat good and it's always a great fellowship time as we eat and visit and talk about our week.

Sean brought us our lesson Wednesday from Philemon and spoke of how Paul was free even though he was a prisoner and in chains. Free because God had set him free from the power of sin and free to serve the living God no matter his situation here in life.
We also talked about 40 days of prayer for our City leading up to Easter. If you haven't got your book on the different areas to pray for each day pick one up at church this Sunday. It's a wonderful way to pray through the week with others.

Prayer requests to also pray for...

Sean as he travels the next couple of weeks for work
Brad and Cathe as they are in Dubai the next couple of weeks
Nathan as he travels to turkey and his new job in South America
Dan as he moves to Seattle for his new job
Dave as he seeks work

Praise...
Kirsten is better health wise and found out they are having a baby girl
Brian and Jennie as their remodel is almost finished
