The oven was set at 400 and in came 6 trays of Chicken biscuit stand-ups. Robert marked them with a B and threw them in the oven for the gang and me. I think that's how the song goes. Then Jack brought his famous strawberry rhubarb curl with ice cream. It's called a curl because it's so good that's what your toes do when you eat it. Wash it all down with some Cranberry splash and you've got something worth sharing.
Speaking of sharing, Dick Temple shared about accepting people for who they are and not what they are. It's easy to exclude people from something we've heard, or how we think people are without really knowing them. Don't block others out because they see life through a different pair of glasses. He challenged us to accept people as Christ did, with open arms. Also a gentle reminder to care for the elderly because they will someday be us.
