A story to tell

You can take the player out of the piano but you can't keep the singers from playing.

Having some fun at Brian's.

Wednesday night after everyone had consumed their fill of delicious scalloped potatoes with little sausages and some yummy cake and ice cream we did 20 minutes of exercises to burn off the calories:) Well we probably should have but we gathered for our study.

Pastor Bob spoke on  Nebuchadnezzar who was one of the most powerful rulers ever. In Daniel 4 it tells how he  he wanted to be god and was humbled and turned to God in a complete reversal of his former self. It was a four part story of Futility, Found God, professed Faith, and began a life of Fruitfulness. We all have a similar Story to Tell and in the next few weeks we will be given the opportunity to share ours as we go through our lesson using this four part outline.

Often we share the recipe of the food we bring so think about sharing the recipe/story of your life and then you can echo Psalm 34:8... O taste, and see that the Lord is sweet: blessed is the man that hopeth in him.

Prayer requests:
Ethan Campbell's leg to heal
Nathan needs a miracle to have a normal life
Laura Evan's to have a uncomplicated delivery of her baby girl
Safe and rewarding trip for Brian and Tammy as they visit the Evans
Dave's  job application to come to fruition
