Go Fish Tournament

The fish and fries were fine and the fellowship was fantastic. Those were a few words to describe the second annual GO  FISH tournament. It was kind of like being on the hog line in the Willamette when the salmon were running with everyone being packed in like sardines. It ended up being a four way tie at the end which resulted in having a fish off. Nine year old Brennon Epp one of the winners in it but Pastor Bob was the one who won in the end.
One of the goals of the tournament was to invite friends and to get to know the men of the church better. I think we met both those goals and got a free lesson on cooking fish and fries thrown in. It is safe to say everyone is looking forward to next years tournament already. Did I forget to mention the delicious chocolate cake and cider and hot chocolate that was also available.
The canned goods that were brought are being donated to the local FISH food bank.
