Looking ahead

Roger Dabbs did a great job off sharing why it's important to study Biblical prophecy. Even though we don't know the day or the hour of our Lord's return we want to be ready. Not just ready ourselves but ready in terms of sharing the gospel of God's great love with those He brings our way. There was a lot of interaction last night as we shared how that might be lived out.

Earlier at 6:30 we shared our common meal and once again had some wonderful choices. Potatoes smothered in a mushroom gravy, garlic bread, brownies and a chocolate bunt cake with a couple of flavor's of ice cream. Great times in the kitchen.

The same camaraderie we share in the kitchen we have in sharing and caring for one anothers burdens when it comes to our prayer time. Last night we had some particularly hard prayer requests as we talked about some of the difficult times some of our church members are experiencing and our heart goes out to them. Lets continue to hold them up in prayer through the week  as they come to mind.

Hurts and cares we want to share and pray for:

Jim and Annette Cook as he struggles with cancer
Shane and Brandy Cone in hurting for their daughter
Custody battle for Janna ,Juan , Tom and Sue
Mark flying home to see his mom
John's son Stuart
Doug's job search
Joe H. health
Sue on Chemo treatment
Dick's health and Dr. wisdom
Michael's friend dealing with suffering
Daves new job
Brians health will improve
Pray for each other
