About 25 of us showed up Friday night on the first of October for our 2010 men’s retreat. We met at the 400-acre Royal Ridges youth camp where we spent Friday night and Saturday fellowshipping, eating and playing games from disk golf, horseshoes, tree climbing, geocaching, laser tag, carpet bowling, cards, to ladder golf. Our speaker Tom Croley shared with us the importance of knowing and sharing God everyday with those we meet. His theme of time travel emphasized the fact that our time here is short and God has called us to make a difference for Him. It was a wonderful time of renewal and encouragement.
